Nevada Congresswoman and Democratic Senate candidate Jacky Rosen signed on to legislation Thursday that would repeal a Trump Administration decision to impose duties and tariffs on imported solar panels.
Under the legislation signed by two Democrats and three Republicans, the duties and tariffs would default back to previous rates and allow affected companies to seek retroactive reimbursement.
