Gov. Sandoval Joins Group Opposed To New Effort To Repeal, Replace ACA

Governor Brian Sandoval is part of a bipartisan group of governors asking U.S. Senate leadership to not support a bill to repeal and replace Obamacare.

Specifically, the letter names an effort to get legislation passed before the end of September, which has been sponsored by four senators, including Nevada’s Dean Heller.

Ten governors addressed the letter to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, which asked them to renew support for bipartisan efforts to make health care more available for all Americans.

McConnell, however, is supportive of the effort by Lindsey Graham, Bill Cassidy, Heller and Ron Johnson.
