Home sales in Pahrump increased dramatically in September of this year as compared to last, according to the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors.
The Pahrump Valley Times reports sales increased by 52 percent last month, compared to Sept. 2015.
With that, the average price of a home in Pahrump also fell about $7,000.

There is still a large number of homes for sale throughout Pahrump, in contrast to the lower supply seen in Clark County.
