LAS VEGAS (AP) — Republican presidential hopeful Ted Cruz is set to campaign in southern Nevada next week.
Cruz's campaign says he'll visit on Oct. 29, the day after the third Republican presidential debate takes place in Boulder, Colorado.
Details of his itinerary in Nevada weren't immediately announced.
The visit comes less than two weeks after Cruz's wife, Heidi, visited northern Nevada. She celebrated the opening of a campaign office in Reno and paid the $12,500 fee Cruz must pay to participate in the Nevada Republican caucus.
Cruz himself came to northern Nevada in August for the Basque Fry political fundraiser hosted by Republican Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt.
