RENO, Nev. (AP) — The wife of Republican presidential hopeful Ted Cruz is coming back to northern Nevada this weekend.
Heidi Cruz is scheduled to visit Reno at noon on Saturday to celebrate the opening of a campaign office in Reno. She's also planning to bring the $12,500 fee the campaign needs to participate in the Nevada Republican caucus.
Cruz is expected to join campaign supporter Assemblyman Jim Wheeler later that day for a meet-and-greet at Hamdogs Restaurant in Gardnerville.

Ted Cruz himself came to northern Nevada in August for the Basque Fry political fundraiser hosted by Republican Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt.
