Four Vehicles Catch Fire At Venetian Parking Garage

LAS VEGAS - Authorities say four vehicles caught fire in the parking garage of the Venetian Wednesday night.

Investigators are looking into what caused the fires, which were quickly extinguished.

Firefighters say the garage was evacuated after the fires were reported started shortly before 9 p.m. and on the seventh level of the parking structure.

Assistant Clark County Fire Chief Larry Haydu tells the Las Vegas Sun that lack of wind in the garage could cause the smoke to linger.
