Ric O’Barry has a lot to do with that.
O’Barry is the man who trained the dolphins that starred in the 1960s TV show, “Flipper.’’.
O’Barry may have fueled the love affair but he’s spent the last 40 years trying to undo it. He’s in Las Vegas to speak tomorrow night about dolphins in captivity.
