Train Crash Trial Underway

Lawyers for Amtrak, the Union Pacific Railroad and a Nevada trucking firm have started making their case in determining who was to blame when a semi-truck slammed into a passenger train in a 2011 crash that killed six.

The train companies' lawyer says John Davis Trucking was negligent. The trucking firm's lawyers argue Amtrak and Union Pacific failed to provide a proper signal warning.
