Gov. Brian Sandoval said on Tuesday that his administration would implement the recommendations of the Mental Health Task Force. The group was appointed last year to find solutions for the apparent crisis in the state's mental health system that saw hospital emergency rooms clogged and unable to help emergency patients. So what is the plan and will it work? And is it more than a stopgap that will require much more work in the coming months?
