Sage Grouse will share land with Fracking Company

A Gas-fracking project has received the green light despite arguments from environmentalists that the land is essential for sage grouse.

The Bureau of Land Management actually signed their decision earlier this month. In it they gave permission to Noble Energy Incorporated to conduct oil and gas exploration drilling near Wells in Elko County. The Center for Biological Diversity claims fracking practices will negatively impact the bird's mating habits.
