Reid Won't Watch A Redskins Game

Senator Harry Reid continues his fight to persuade the Washington D.C. NFL team change its nickname. Reid says he turned down a recent invitation to attend a Washington Redskins game and won't until the name change occurs; he says the team's name is a racial slur.

Back in May, half of the Senate wrote letters to the NFL urging the team get rid of the nickname. The team's owner, Daniel Snyder, has stated numerous times he will not make the change.
