Investigation Shows Sparks Shooter Was Bullied

Authorities in Sparks say the seventh-grader who went on a deadly shooting rampage seven months ago - was teased by other kids and was on prescription antidepressants.

In October 12-year old Jose Reyes entered Sparks Middle School and killed a teacher then wounded two classmates before committing suicide. According to the Sparks Police investigation released yesterday, there were students who consistently picked on Reyes. They also report the teen suffered from depression and needed medication.

Reyes’ parents will not face any charges for having the gun used in the massacre. Also, none of the kids at the school alleged to have bullied Jose Reyes will face any charges.
