California is back in the running for the Tesla Motors battery plant even though the company's CEO sounds doubtful about that happening.
Elon Musk says California Governor Jerry Brown is trying to woo the electric car company. But Musk says he's concerned about the state’s regulatory process. Tesla officials are expecting to announce the first of two sites by the end of the month. Four states are in the running including Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and Nevada.
