Cliven Bundy Takes Another Shot At The BLM

Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy is trying to turn the tables on the Bureau of Land Management. Bundy, who owes the BLM more than a million dollars in grazing fees, is asking his supporters to join him at the Metro Police headquarters this morning to file criminal complaints against the BLM.

Yesterday Republican Senator Dean Heller said he now feels Bundy should pay his grazing fees. Bundy continuously said he doesn't recognize the federal authority over lands around his property. The BLM continues claims that the cattle are trespassing on fragile Gold Butte habitat set aside for endangered desert tortoise. Militiamen remain in the area standing with Bundy. Bundy and his followers are expected to show up at Metro at 10 a.m.
