Foreclosure rates in Nevada are down. The real estate statistics firm RealtyTrac released the figures for April. It shows Nevada had one foreclosure for every 770 homes, a nine percent drop from March. This knocks the silver state down to eighth in the nation behind Florida, Maryland and five other states. These latest figures are a 53 percent drop from the same time last year.
