After almost a year and a half of investigating, this is what we know about the test-cheating scandal at Matt Kelly Elementary: Someone at the school helped change answers on the Spring 2012 standardized tests, and we don’t know who did it.
The Nevada Department of Education says that while they don’t know who did it, they did rule that the principals at Kelly Elementary helped create a culture of fear at the school. Meanwhile, a principal has been suspended, along with an associate superintendent and assistant principal.
