The revelations made by NSA contractor Edward Snowden about the widespread snooping and record-keeping of the National Security Agency caused a major review of how intelligence should be gathered in the United States and abroad, and who should be subject to surveillance. The President has been mulling the report for three months but has hinted that he will implement the major recommendations. Geoffrey Stone was on that committee and will be lecturing at UNLV. He joins us to talk about spying and privacy.
