Fixing Nevada's Mental Health System

The mental health system in Nevada has been in crisis for some time. The situation became acute when the Sacramento Bee and California authorities began investigating patient dumping from the Rawson-Neal Psychiatric Hospital in Las Vegas. Governor Sandoval set up the Nevada Behavioral Health and Wellness Council to resolve those problems. We talk with the man heading up the council about the solutions that the council wants to implement.
