Should Ex-Felons Be Allowed To Vote?

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder recently called for changes to laws that prevent felons from voting -- even after they have completed their sentences. Nevada is one of the states that bars some felons from voting for life, unless they petition the pardons board. Legislators have tried to change the law in the past, only to have the bill vetoed by the governor. But supporters have vowed to bring it up again in 2015. Is it a good move for Nevada? And how would changing the law benefit felons, and their victims?
