Cities in Southern Nevada have already expressed their discomfort with medical marijuana. And some, like Boulder City, may bow out of the business altogether. But Clark County can't say no to medical marijuana. And the county may have to figure out a way to accomodate dozens of dispensaries authorized by state law. So where is the best place to put these businesses? And how can commissioners best balance the needs of medical marijuana users and citizens concerned about neighborhood safety?
