Behind The Beatles' Abbey Road Shoot

Las Vegas pawn shop owner Rick Harrison of “Pawn Stars” fame calls it one of the coolest things he ever bought – what appears to be authentic photos and color negatives from the Beatles’ Abbey Road album shoot.

The album cover’s imagery is iconic – it features the band walking in step on a cross walk near Abbey Road studios, all of them wearing suits except George, all of them wearing shoes except Paul.

It stands on its own as a cool cover, but there’s another layer of mythology attached to this iconic photo.
