Project 100: On-Demand Transport For Downtown Las Vegas?

Even as NDOT moves to widen I-15 to make room for more cars, there's an effort to make cars less necessary in downtown Las Vegas. Project 100 would give customers options from electric vehicles, to shuttle services, to bike sharing. (Project 100 is funded by Zappos CEO Tony Hseih and the Downtown Project.)
