Arts enthusiasts want to bring a modern art and design museum to downtown Las Vegas. They have already secured a piece of land in the Arts District for the proposed Modern Contemporary Art Museum, but they still need to raise the rest of the $29 million it will take to build and stock the center. This isn't the first time an art museum has been proposed for Las Vegas. So why do supporters think the museum can take off this time around? And where will they raise the money to build the Modern?
