High Hopes For Dream Chaser, Despite Crash

Sierra Nevada Corporation, based in Sparks, created a possible successor to NASA's famed space shuttle. The Dream Chaser is among three finalists vying for a contract to transport astronauts and supplies to the International Space Station. On Oct. 28, the spacecraft crash landed during a free flight test at Edwards Air Force Base. How big a setback is that? And could the Dream Chaser have a market beyond NASA?
