In 1963, Gay Talese published what is widely regarded as the best profile of a celebrity ever written. Talese followed Sinatra around Las Vegas for a month and wrote the article for Esquire. Green tells us how he came to interview Talese and what the great writer said about his encounter with Sinatra.
