Sen. Harry Reid's Plans For 2016

If you look only at the gridlock in Washington, then Sen. Harry Reid is partisan number one. But he's not planning on going out in a blaze of glory. He's raised as much money in the last quarter as he did this time six years ago and he's assembled a team of campaign pros who've promised to stay with him through the 2016 campaign. So is he serious about running? Manu Raju of Politico.com says Reid definitely is running despite the highly partisan role he's playing right now in the fight over the budget.
