Roller coaster groupies, move over. Las Vegas is making room for connoisseurs of observation wheels, too.

An observation wheel, in this case, is basically a giant Ferris wheel.

The aptly named High Roller wheel is now taking shape on the Las Vegas Strip, near the intersection of the Strip and Flamingo Road.

Caesars Entertainment expects to start turning its gigantic wheel, with paying passengers aboard, by early next year.
