The Return Of Year-Round Schools

A few years ago, dozens of Clark County schools were on year-round schedules. That changed as the district built new schools to alleviate overcrowding. In a post-recession Las Vegas, some neighborhoods are growing, and with that growth comes the need for new campuses. Until then the district is looking to return to year-round schedules as a temporary fix. But, what are the pros and cons of putting a child on a year-long schedule?
