Assemblyman David Bobzien wants to protect Burning Man from the officials in Pershing County, who tried to impose a $1.50 fee on each ticket to pay for law enforcement. His billwould prevent counties from imposing extra fees and regulations on events that have been approved by federal authorites and take place on federally-owned land.
