Nevada's Rocky Roads

The Washington DC-based research group TRIP recently released a report that shows Nevada roads are in bad shape. More than half of our roads are in poor or average condition. The state is facing a 2-billion dollar backlog in repairs. And those problems are costing each of us about 1500 dollars annually. Should we pay more taxes to fix the roads?
