Last year was the hottest year on record in Las Vegas and throughout the United States. Weather records were topped all across the Silver State, and 12 of the state's 17 counties experienced record-breaking heat, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. We already knew it was hot in Las Vegas, but what does the heat mean for our water supply and desert wildlife?
