Undocumented Nevada Youth Eligible For Driver's Licenses

This week, the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles said undocumented immigrants who qualify for deferred action from the federal government will be eligible to obtain a Nevada driver's license. Gov. Sandoval has also said he supports the policy that would allow immigrants to get an ID or driver's license. Meanwhile, in Arizona, the American Civil Liberties Union has sued Gov. Jan Brewer after she made an executive order denying driver's licenses to undocumented immigrants in Arizona who qualify for reprieve under deferred action.
