Royal Bank of Scotland settles with the AG

The Royal Bank of Scotland just settled with the Nevada Attorney General for $42.5 million. The settlement ends an 18-month investigation into practices by the bank during the housing boom. What does the case mean for Nevada homeowners and for banks that do business in the state?
