Rob Salkowitz discusses the business of San Diego Comic Con

San Diego Comic-Con is the biggest and best known comic book festival in the country. Every year more than 100,000 attendees show up, some fully dressed as their favorite comic book, movie or television characters, to get a peak at the latest comic books, as well as new movies and television shows. The business of pop culture is also huge, bringing in billions across a number of different mediums. Author Rob Salkowitz attends the convention every year and his book "Comic-Con and the Business of Pop Culture," tells the story of how the culture and business are all intertwined. Salkowitz will speak at this year's Vegas Valley Comic Book Festival and he joins us to talk about his book, business and experiencing Comic-Con.
