Clash on Waivers

The warring presidential candidates have started arguing about what requests for waivers from Nevada and Utah mean. A new ad from Mitt Romney's campaign says that President Obama is offering states the chance to get rid of work requirements and simply send checks to welfare recipients. The president's campaign calls that nonsense and says the Republican governors in those two states wanted the waivers.
