Congresswoman Shelley Berkley will face further scrutiny from the House Ethics Committee. The watchdog decided to formally investigate allegations that the Las Vegas congresswoman lobbied to influence the Administration's decisions about kidney medicine at UMC in ways that helped her husband's medical practice.
