Las Vegas' Water Pipeline Could Face Delays

A series of lawsuits have been filed to halt the proposed three hundred mile pipeline that is slated to bring 84,000 acre feet of water to Las Vegas from the Great Basin region.  The lawsuits were filed by four different counties, three hundred individuals and different environmental groups.  Can any of these suits stop the pipeline from being built?  Or, will existing water laws side with the water district?
