2011 In Review: What We've Done And What's Next

It's been quite the year for Las Vegas.

The legislature almost didn't finish the budget but snatched a little tax increase from a court decision. Senator Ensign finally threw in the towel on keeping his Senate seat after an adultery scandal. An old name is still running city hall, but it's just not the same old Goodman. The Cosmopolitan opened to much fanfare and there were dueling pianos everywhere on the Strip. The school district has a new boss who's shaking things up, and trying to improve education in Southern Nevada.

What's on the horizon for 2012? That's what we'll be asking our guests.
