Nevada Gaming Commission Votes to End Dotty's Business Model

The Nevada Gaming Commission voted to redefine what it means to be a tavern in Nevada. In doing so the commission has put an end to the business model used by the successful Dotty's Gaming and Spirit chain, which operates 60 locations across southern Nevada. Dotty's will now have to fit their locations with new bars and working kitchens. Dotty's is already fighting the Clark County Commission in court over a similar decision passed down in May. So will Dotty's business model die? Or do they have a chance of continuing their successful model? Howard Stutz, gaming reporter for the RJ, joins us to talk about the latest in the battle over Dotty's.
