Fighting Bullies with Martial Arts

A local martial arts studio is training students on bullying prevention.  The studio's owner said some of her students - including a five-year-old kindergartener - has been physically attacked school.  How are they teaching kids to handle bullies?  How should parents and schools teach their kids to deal with bullies?  And what works best against bullies - peace talks or a punch?
