54 Nevada Species: Protected or Not

Last Tuesday, a federal preservation group reached a watershed agreement with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.  In return for not adding more animals to the protected species list, the Center for Biological Diversity asked the government agency to finally decide which plants and animals were definitively on the list of federally protected species.  Of the list of 750 plants and animals, 54 are from Nevada.  Will the US agency finally make a decision?  And what does that mean for the Mount Charleston blue butterfly, relict leopard frog, sage grouse, and other Nevada creatures?
