Righthaven was a small company created to protect stories the Las Vegas Review-Journal's stories from being used without authorization. Of course, they appeared in all kinds of unusual places on the Web and the small company sued many of their owners. But the whole plan has been de-railed by a federal court decision that found Righthaven did not have sufficient legal interest to actually sue anyone. So where does it go from here? Will this be the end of the Righthaven lawsuits?
