Revolutionary leader and second President of the United States, John Adams, is the father of the right to legal counsel. His legacy from colonial times to the current debate about how to try the Guantanamo prisoners. Students in across Nevada will be linked for tomorrow's Law Day discussions of the right to legal counsel in any criminal trial. Participants in those discussions will give us a preview of the issues.
