Someone vandalized prehistoric art rock panels at the Red Rock Lost Creek Park with spray paint. Authorities are worried that some of the damage may be permanent. Parks across the country have always dealt with the issue of vandalism of rock art and theft of artifacts. Does this mean these areas have to be protected? What will it cost to clean up the damage?
