Congress still cannot finish the work of 2010 but the year is nearly over. So we'll look back at one of the most bitter races for the U.S. Senate and the inevitable anointing of Nevada Governor-elect Brian Sandoval. The 2011 Legislature is more Republican and more Hispanic. What difference will that make as they figure out how to close a $3 billion budget gap? And what will the more Republican Congress do in 2011?
