At the end of the Special Session to balance the state budget, Sen. Bob Coffin took 25 minutes to criticize the deal and those who made it. Where others saw a balanced budget, Coffin said there was not enough revenue. And he warned his fellow lawmakers not to return home and congratulate themselves.
