Health care co-operatives are emerging as the alternative to the so-called "public option." Obama administration officials have all but conceded that the government-run insurance scheme will not be part of the health reform bill, but non-profit co-ops are the alternative that reformers are hoping will help control health care costs. We talk with Cooperative Network President and CEO, Bill Oemichen.
