Nightclub Crackdown

The nightclub and the ultralounge at Planet Hollywood were denied a liquor license by the Clark County License department and must cease operations this week. Both Prive and The Living Room were cited for allowing underage drinking and lewd activity. We talk about the crackdown on nightclubs along the Las Vegas Strip with Jerry Markling, Chief of Enforcement at the Nevada Gaming Control Board, and Frank Schreck, of the law firm Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, who represents the Planet Hollywood Resort.
