Tony Hsieh, chief executive officer of Internet shoe seller Zappos, discusses the company's use of Facebook and Twitter to hawk its products, which reportedly generated $1 billion in sales this past year. The Henderson firm with about 650 employees has expanded into clothing sales and employs an admittedly quirky culture that has a decidedly youthful appeal.
