Gulf Coast Casinos

Last week the U.S. House of Representatives passed three tax bills. One extends tax breaks to gulf coast businesses as an incentive for rebuilding - all businesses except casinos, massage parlors and liquor stores. Benjamin Shaw reports from Capitol Hill.
